Contract Reviews

Upon request, OSU Risk Management will review any contractual documents that your department is required to sign. Our review will look for specific issues dealing with insurance, indemnification clauses, and waivers. Risk Management will coordinate with OSU Legal Counsel, Procurement, and others to verify legality of the contracts.
