Bidders are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all changes/addenda to web posted bids prior to the bid due date and time. Oklahoma State University shall be held harmless for technical difficulties experienced with last minute supplier bid submissions. Suppliers are encouraged to upload proposals on a timely basis in order to address any potential technical difficulties. For any technical difficulties contact the Office of Central Procurement.
