What is a chargeback?
When a customer files a chargeback with their credit card issuer, it means they are disputing the charge and asking for a refund.
Merchant departments will be granted access to an online portal through our acquiring bank, Business Track. Within Business Track, they can access two applications: ClientLine Reporting and Dispute Manager. Department users will be notified of disputes and respond to them through the online portal, Dispute Manager. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for enrollment information and training.
